Arrangements for children
For people with children one of the most immediate concerns they have, when their relationship comes to an end, is what will happen to their children. As parents we all want to protect our children and do what is best for them. Helen Marshall, Duncan Dollimore and Sue Pearson all have specialist qualifications in Children Law, as well as, importantly, years of experience dealing with Children Law. We can help you reach an agreement about how best to parent your children following relationship breakdown and if agreement is not possible, represent you in making or defending an application to the Court.
When a relationship breaks down it is not only parents' relationship with their children that is affected. Often Grandparents, who have previously enjoyed a close relationship with and regular contact to their grandchildren, find that relationship isolated. If this happens to you, then please contact us and there are steps you can take to protect your relationship. We can advise you about the best course of action available, including, if necessary, Court Proceedings.
